Dear Sir,
i am proprietor of my firm. i have gst registration. i want to buy scooter. Will I get a credit on the gst bill.

ITC is not available for scooter .
17 May 2018
Section 17 (5) of the CGST and SGST Act does not allow ITC on all vehicle purchases and hence scooter is not an eligible item.
