i am proprietor of my firm. i have gst registration. i want to buy scooter. Will I get a credit on the gst bill.

please help

17 May 2018 Section 17 (5) of the CGST and SGST Act does not allow ITC on all vehicle purchases and hence scooter is not an eligible item.
