Itc available but being told to make tax payment

I have purchase more than sales for month of july.
So i have CGST ANd SGST of 24-25k in purchase and output sales CGST/SGST of 6.7k each.
But the portal says to make payment for the sales.
From where is this issue arising.

Check that your ITC is showing in Electronic Credit Ledger.

Ya from the payment tax column i just figure out one need to select adjustment from ITC and than liability is adjusted.Earlier i thought it will happen automatically.
