I received a notice asking to reverse the itc of 2018-2019 as the gstr3b of march was filed on 3-12-2019

Yes it will be hit by section 16(4). as the due date was sept only
28 December 2023
WHAT TO DO NEXT THE AMOUNT IS VERY BIG
