Fees for inspection of records; (a) Fees for inspecting records and registers of the Tribunal shall be charged as follows as required by Rule 50 of the Tribunal Rules :- (i) For the first hour or part thereof Rs.20.00 (ii) For every additional hour or part thereof Rs.10.00
(b) Fees for inspection shall be recovered in advance in cash. (c) No fees shall be charged for inspecting records of a pending appeal or application by a party thereto.
