It slab rate for female 2013-14 f.y. & commission on sales

05 March 2014 Dear Anyone,

I have a doubt regarding I.T. for Female Slab rate for F.Y. 2013-14 age below 40 years.

And Commission on Sales, what is the limit.

Can commission can be added to IT after deducting the TDS to the employee.

Can you give me the clarification.

05 March 2014 it slab rates are same for male and female now.

there is no limit on commission on sales as for as tax is concerned. what u mean by can it be added to IT after deducting the TDS is itself not clear...so hard to clarify on that

06 March 2014 Sir,

A sales lady is getting yearly salary Rs. 1,80,000/- and Commsission on Sales Rs. 1,20,000/- per annum. As per IT limit for 2 Lakhs only.

My query is Salary + Commission = IT.

Or Commission is different and Salary is different. Clarify sir.

06 March 2014 both have to be included in single tax return. And Gajjala it is advisable you start reading tax related books. Your queries are very basic and reflects lack of basic understanding of tax laws.
