Sir at the filing of the return you have to chose the section under which return has to be filed for F.y ending 2015, 2016 you can select Sec 139 for 2014 you have to select Sec 142 by selecting this section your return will be filed however the same will be transferred by CPC to jurisdictional AO.

You file the return. Do not understand why bank is insisting on return, your salary slips and bank statement should be sufficient.
