i want file my returns form fy 2010-11(last 3 years).my income below rs 500000.i was employee of bank.and tds cut by bank every year around 3000,5000& 9000 receptively.

and my wife also earn money by doing tailoring around 15000pm so i want to file a returns of her also from fy 2010-11.if it is possible which ITR to be file to department and tell me the due dates.

04 July 2013 You can file the return for FY 2011-12 & FY 2012-13 but time limit for filling return for FY 2010-11 is over.

04 July 2013 1)Not possible to file ITR for F.Y.2010-11 as it is time barred now

2)you can file belated return for F.Y.2011-12 and if your income before Chapter VIA deductions exceeds basic exemption limit you need to file return as per section 139(1) consequently AO may order you to pay penalty of Rs.5000 under section 271F

3)you can file returns for F.Y.12-13 before 31st july
