03 November 2011 Hello,
If we will submit IT return of two year i.e.AY 2010-11 and AY 2011-12 at same date ,
is there any problem?Or is there any rule in IT or RBI act not to submit return on one same date.
Many financial companies not accepted 2 returns at bot time.But income tax authority will accepted.

03 November 2011 You can submit both the returns in a single day.
It is legally allowed and no issue with it.

03 November 2011 both can be filed. as first is belated return which can be filed till first year from the end of concerned A.Y. second is in time. So no problem in IT act
