20 July 2013 Could anyone suggest in which form return has to be filed in online return for exemption u/s 10(26) for contract business and how to fill up for TDS claim.If any one knows, please give me an example.

20 July 2013 Income arising from any source in the prescribed area of North East India is exempt. In my view for claiming the income as exempt you have to file ITR-4. ITR 4S does not provide such flexibility.
