03 September 2014 I have efiled IT Return for AY 2013-14 using ITR 4S of AY 2014-15.Now, what is remedy for this ? If I revise Return, which ITR Form should I use either AY 13-14 or 14-15 ?

06 September 2014 Very Unique case. Since you have used the form of AY 2014-15 it is deemed that you have filed return of AY 2014-15.

So you need to revise the return of AY 2014-15 using the ITR of AY 2014-15 and you need to file the Belated Return of AY 2013-14 using ITR of AY 2013-14.
