13 December 2016 Dear sir/mam, how to filling my TDS 16A.? can i filling it return myself?? how to download my 16a form??

13 December 2016 If u r a deductor then u need to file the quarterly return of TDS (which u had deducted in the respective qtr.). After filing the return u must submit a request at traces portal for Form 16/16A download(form 16 will b available at the end of the financial year).

18 December 2016 sandeep sir, actually i don't have a/c in traces I'm a tax payee. i was in a company and they deduct 10% of my salary as per income tax under section 194j(professional tax) so can you suggest me how to download my 16A form through my PAN

18 December 2016 No you cannot download form 16A... you have to ask the company who is deducting your tax to provide you form 16A. You can download statement of tax i.e. form 26AS by login to income tax site with your PAN and password to check whether you are getting credit of tax or not...
