Due date of filing of Income Tax Return for company is 30th September.

Gujarat High Court directs CBDT to extend due date for filing of ITR for AY 2014-15 to30-11-2014subject to Sec 234A interest due to extension of Tax Audit Report date from 30.09.2014 to 30.11.2014. No notification from CBDT has been issued yet.
