28 September 2014 Please can anyone tell me wht is
due date of filing of it return of co-
operative society who is not liable
to tax audit but its accounts are
audited under co-operative act &
society has loss in the current
financial yeary

28 September 2014 Due date is 30.09.2014.

Extension of Due date vide CBDT Notification dated 26.09.2014 is not applicable in the case of Cooperative society.

28 September 2014 Actually its not case of extension I
hav done computation but
software shows that you cannot
carryforward business loss as due
date is 31/7/14 but those who are
liable to be audited under any
other law than there due date is 30
sep. So I am confused whether
there is some mistake in my
understanding

29 September 2014 Please give some more details like 1.Source of income.2 Any registration under Section 12 of IT Act.3 Charitable or other society.4. Turnover . etc.

29 September 2014 source of income is jobwork and its a co-op society and fy loss is 48000 and turnover is 7500000
