Hi, i am self- employed. i want to know that can i pay the income tax return of back 2 years.and if i am salary employee.

You can file return for Financial Year 2009-10 upto 31.03.2012 and for Financial Year 2010-11 upto 31.03.2013.
It does not matter whether you are a self-employed or salaried assessee.
Depeding on your tax liability and status penalty and interest may be levied.
