04 November 2009 Dear All,

One of my client has e-filed income tax for the AY 2009-10 and acknowledgement was send on 04.10.09 to Bangalore. But till today they have not got any acknowledgement of receipt at Bangalore and it is noticed that there was typing error in email id . What should be done in this case?

04 November 2009 Login to e-filing site and click at My account.Click at last item in sub menu viz., e-filing processing status. Click at ITR V status on the screen displayed. Watch the result. U will be displayed with acknowledgement. Download and send a thanks to me.

05 November 2009 ya. you suppose to say thanks to warrier. in this case, i have a doubt. when you enter the wrong id in the reture, then how did you get the confirmation link to your id and how did you activated the link? requesting experts to explain to me pls. is there any otherway to file pls?
