16 June 2016 Dear Sir, I have in problem with filing of ITR 4 Return for AY1516 of Individual Persons trader who was died in Apr.16. then Is it possible to file IT return? If possible then how to file & what is the procedure.

16 June 2016 you can file the return with legal heir, for that you have to appoint the legal heir on the incomtaxefiling.gov.in online then you can file the return
