is it possible to file return for the AY 2012-13 now as the due date for the belated return also over by 31 st march, 2014... is there any remedy...

no you cannot file the return. only after taking permission from commissioner of income tax then you can file the return.

No. You can not file return of AY 2012-13 since the same is time barred.
