11 February 2011 Dear Expert,
Incase of post office agents & Govt. employees, TDS is being deducted but same is not appearing in 26AS. Under this circumstances, what are the remedies for the assessee to file income tax return electronically.

13 February 2011 You can still file the refund on the basis of Form No 16A and/or Form 16 electronically.

Then after contact the officers looking TDS matters in Post Office or other office and request him to submit or rectify TDS returns.

As soon as the changes will be effected electronically, assessee will get credit for the same.
