12 January 2012 Can you help me to sort out the following issue

IT return submitted in the month of May 2011 for the AY 2011-12, till date no refund or no intimation order received.
So many times, we contacted the CPC Bangalore and we are receiving the same word that we have to wait some days.
How many days we have to wait??
Whom shall we contact or complain??

12 January 2012 Once your return will be processed by CPC, then you will be credited refund. You need to wait till processing of your return by CPC.

13 January 2012 normally it takes maximum 6 months.

13 January 2012 Have you sent ITR V at Banagalore if you not have filed return with digital signatures??
