21 July 2011 we get refund cheque which is exceeded the 3 3 month date for clearing.
what to do for the getting of new cheque?

21 July 2011 Go to your ITO & ask him to send back the cheque to SBI, Mumbai & get a new cheque issued or get the same revalidated
