09 December 2015 Hello experts, we have file itr for AY 2011-12 with refund. but itr received to cpc karnataka after due date, so return was not process. is there any opinion to get refund now.

09 December 2015 if the ITRV was received by CPC after the deadline, then you can refile the return under provision of section 119(2). refer https://www.itatonline.org/info/index.php/cbdt-circular-on-condonation-of-delay-in-filing-refund-claim-and-claim-of-cfd-of-losses/
