I have filled my IT Return for A.Y 2018-19 as on 5th June 2018 and e-verified the same. This was a normal return and no Refund was claimed. But till date ( January 2019), it is not processed. What to do now ? Please help.

after login in submit grievance for the same. select appropriate complaint types from drop down menus in the grievance form. You will get a reply from the department.

Wait some more time to Get your income tax return to process.

There is a menu containing list of reasons for making the grievances. But, no option is suitable for this.

Go to e-Nivaran Menu > Grievance >
In Grievance details >
Resolution sought from = select CPC -ITR
Grievance category = select PROCESSING
Grievance Sub-Category = OTHERS-PROCESSING
Select AY and FY and write about delay in processing of the return in the grievance description

Resolution sought from = select CPC -ITR
Grievance category = select PROCESSING
