Sir,
My co has deducted Income tax from my salary in the m/o of may for non-submission of PAN. My gross salary comes to 18k per month. ls let me know whether my salary is taxable & is there any way to recover that amt by filing return???

if your taxliability is nill after considering your savings you can get tds refund by filing income tax return

Submit your PAN and request your employer to revise the TDS return by quoting your PAN. After that you can file return and take refund of the TDS amount.
