My Client is a non residents with age of 80 years. He has capital gain of Rs 950000.

My query is whether slab rate is applicable or not. Can any one say how much tax is to be paid with calculation

16 May 2015 you should read the provisions of income-tax act applicable to Non-resident tax payers and ask specific queries based on the doubts in relation to those provisions.
