24 August 2010 Invoice issued earlier during June 2010 in one name shall we issue the same invoice in another name in the month of Aug 2010 ?

You can not issued the same invoice in the next month in favour of other firm if you have already filled the return for the month of july'10 so firstly have to revised your return and if you don't file the return than you can change the invoice
