16 August 2014 sir.... some tds amt. was deducted in fy 10-11...but due to lack of knowledge i did not claim that amt yet...so sir plz tell me the way by which i can claim my tds amt.

17 August 2014 Income Tax return of AY 12-13 is now time barred. The last date of filing belated return u/s 139(4) was 31.03.2014.

Now only way out is to invoke section 119(2)(b) and submitting an application for condonation of delay in filing of Income Tax return. Once your application is accepted you can file your Income tax return and claim refund.

20 August 2014 no at present time you cannot file the return due to assessment will complete on 31.3.2013. now you can take condonation u/s 119(2) as mention by Mr. sanjay
