Dear All,
Do we need to issue share certificates in 3mths to subsvribers.If Co is incorporated in 2006 and has not issued any certificate but has recd money so can i now issue certificate in 2010.3mth time id N.A?
Plz confirm.I can just affix rev stamp & now and issue?Support ur reply.

Hi Preeti,
Do not issue share certificate in the current date. Issue the same in back date which is very much possible. Better to issue within 3 months of incorporation of company.
For stamp duty on certificate refer the stamp act of concerned state.
