My query is can during the conversion of private company into public company, can the private company can issue share or debentures.

please suggest me the authority for reference.

During the course of conversion of private company into public company, company can issue share or debentures.

I do not have any case law etc but one thing is clear during conversion there is no need to stop the activity of the company.

ROC filing, if any must be with in the statutory period.
