1.CAN A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY WHICH IS THE SUBSIDERY COMPANY OF PUBLIC COMPANY ISSUE THE SHARES TO THE PUBLIC???
2.IS THERE ANY PROVISIONS IN SEBI GUIDLINES TO ISSUE SHARES BY THE PRIVATE LTD. CO.???
PLZ SOLVE MY QUERY.

I suppose in this case provisions relating to Deemed Public Company shall apply.
In any case, private limited company can not issue shares to public.
In any case, private limited company can not issue shares to public.
