Can anyone pls provide me the format of certificate to be issue by Statutory auditor/practicing CS for isssue of preference share by unlisted public company u/s 81 (1A).

Sir,
such type of certificates doesn't have special format. just in letter head of Firm mention "said company has complied with said provision u/s 80 (1A) " in proper layout.
