11 April 2009 Please guide us about the issue of form no. 16 for the A.Y. 2009-10, shall we can issue a new form w.e,.f. from 1/4/2009 or in a old format of form no, 16?

Please also guide us from where we can downloads new ITR 1 to 8 in Excel format for the A. Y. 2009-10.

11 April 2009 New format can not be used for TDS for the AY 09-10.

The tax has been remitted using ITNS - 281, and UTN is not available. How can certificate be issued in new format.

New format is applicable for FY 09-10.
