Hi,
I issued form 16A 3 days late, what is the penalty.
PDF Converter doesn't allow us to put issue date, it generates automatically current date.

If date of downloading is considered as issue date, then we should be served with notice immediately from IT department.
Can you please confirm with some facts and notification that download date is recorded and it is taken as issue date..
