01 June 2011 We have filed the TDS Reurn on 15th May 2011. All the tds has been depsoited by 30th April 2011. My qustion is on which date we should issue the Form 16/16A? Is there any mandatory date for this?Can we issue on 15th May 2011 or onwards?

01 June 2011 After filing the TDS Return the date and Acknowledgment No is required to be furnished in Form No 16A/16.

As you have already furnished the returns you may issue TDS Certificates in Form 16, on or before 31st day of May of the Financial Year and in Form 16A, within 15 days of furnishing the e-tds return.
