Mine is listed Co. we have recd request for issue of Duplicate Share Certificte fron 2 shareholders holding 500 shares each. Can u pl tell what are the compliances to made under Listing agreement and whether details of lost shrae certificates is reqd to be given in floppy to the Stock Exch.

05 December 2009 Please check your agreement with your registrar and transfer agent (RTA). Issue of Duplicate Share Certificte is the responsibility of RTA.

However publishing of notice of Lost share certificate is the duty of company. Ask your shareholder to contact RTA for the issue of Duplicate Share Certificte.

We dont have any RTA as we are having In- house transfer system. Can u pl tell me under which cl. of list. Agree. we have to publish in the newspaper about loss of share certificate and whether we have to submit details in Floppy also to SE
