16 June 2016 its for employee, having no taxable income for the year, and you have not deduct the TDS. there is no another way for form 16.

16 June 2016 sir one more query... form 16 contain 2 part tds part a tds deduction details and part b income details pls tell me if no TDS deduction was made at all from employee salary then weather form 16 can any part A or B can be download from traces site and issue the same to concern employee

16 June 2016 no TRACES will generated the form when tds deduct by you otherwise you have to issue both part manually.
