I got this msg from a very well known professional site...is this rite

Companies Act, 2013 (Act No.18 of 2013) has been assented by President of India on August 29, 2013.

30 August 2013 But I didnt got any other detail anywhere else...even not at presidents site.So where will I find it??

30 August 2013 I dont think a well known site like Taxmann will publish a sensitive news like this with ample evidence. So wait for the official verdict.
