WE ARE STARTING A NEW PARTNERSHIP FIRM AND ONE OF OUR PARTNER HAVE HIS OWN FIRM AND HE WANT TO INTRODUCE HIS CAPITAL AS STOCK FROM HIS OWN FIRM.IS THERE IS ANY WAY FOR THAT.
