02 January 2018 WE ARE STARTING A NEW PARTNERSHIP FIRM AND ONE OF OUR PARTNER HAVE HIS OWN FIRM AND HE WANT TO INTRODUCE HIS CAPITAL AS STOCK FROM HIS OWN FIRM.IS THERE IS ANY WAY FOR THAT.
OR WE NEED TO MAKE A SALE FROM THE OLD FIRM TO THE NEW?
