Is there any form to be filled for additional courses

at the time of article ship registration I had given BCOM as my secondary course. now still i have to complete 1.5 year of article ship and I have successfully cleared my bcom . now I am interested in doing CS executive. is there any form which I need to give any intimation to ICAI regarding joining new course..

Yes, you need to submit Form-112.

Under Regulations 65 & 78 an articled / audit assistant is required to obtain prior permission of the Council before engaging in other course of studies vide form 112.
