Is there a difference in stamp duty on issue of shares and stamp duty on issue of share certificates

Hi,
For issue of shares there is no need to pat stamp duty. You have to file form 2 for allotment of shares to Registrar of companies.
Stamp duty is required to be paid when you issued share certificates to the allottees of share.
