I AM WORKING A PVT COMPANY.
WE HAVE REPAIR & MAINTENANCE INCOME FROM HEAVY VEHICLE REPAIR BOTH FREE AND PAID SERVICE.
IS SERVICE TAX IS APPLICABLE ABOVE INCOME.
TOTAL INCOME FROM REPAIR & MAINTENANCE IS NEAR ABOUT 5,00,000/- YEARLY.
WE HAVE REPAIR & MAINTENANCE INCOME FROM HEAVY VEHICLE REPAIR BOTH FREE AND PAID SERVICE.
IS SERVICE TAX IS APPLICABLE ABOVE INCOME.
TOTAL INCOME FROM REPAIR & MAINTENANCE IS NEAR ABOUT 5,00,000/- YEARLY.

As your services are below rs 1000000/-, u need not register for service tax.

The aggregate value of services rendered should be greater than Rs. 1000000. However you have mentioned income and not aggregate value of services , if aggregate value of service is less than 10 lakh , then you do not need to register
