Is Service Tax applicable on Telephone service

I am working in Hotel in Gurgaon, I want to know that is service tax is applicable on telephone services provide by hotel to guests.

Are we liable to charge service tax on our telephone Income.
Please help I am little confuse.

16 January 2008 IN THE TELEPHONE BILLS CHARGED TO YOUR HOTEL, YOU MUST BE CHARGED SERVICE TAX BY YOUR TELEPHONE COMPANY.THIS YOU FIND ON YOUR TELEPHONE BILLS READILY.
IAM CHARGED SERVICE TAX BY BSNL IN ALL THEIR MONTHLY PHONE BILLS.
IF THAT BE THE CASE YOU MUST RECOVER A PROPORTIONATE AMOUNT FROM YOUR GUESTS OR ELSE YOU ARE ENDING UP PAYING SAME FROM HOTEL'S REVENUE WHICH IS NOT FAIR UNLESS IT IS YOUR HOTEL'S GUEST POLICY.
