Is recognised PF withdrawl with in 5 years is taxable.

I have been worked 9 month in one company. now i have resigned from that company & want to withdraw employer cont. & Employee cont. to withdraw wheather it is taxable.

no tax liability because its already computed at the time of salary drawn.

if you have not been in employment for 5 years either with a single employer or with more tan one employer where the pf balance is accumulated, then withdrawal is taxable to the extent balance attributable to employers contribution.
