14 August 2015 I am going to write final exam by nov 15. is institute practice manual alone is enough for my exam preparation in corporate and allied law. is there any reference for case laws.

14 August 2015 you should read institute module than read practice manual .....practice manual cover only last years exam papers.... you cannot clear your basic concepts with the help of practice manuals

I would second the opinion of learned expert. Simply depending on PMs is not a good idea. Taking reference from ICAI Study material is very important for thorough preparation and conceptual clarity.

Later on you may refer good reference books along with Practice manuals and revision test papers.
