22 May 2008 Anybody who can tell me whether PF should be Deducted at the time of resignation on leave eccashment or not...?

22 May 2008 No, even during employement also PF will not be deducted on Leave encashment (As per recent SC judgement)

02 October 2008 I think it is a case relating to Manipal Institutes. Now it is settled that leave encashment is not liable for PF.
