Is LTCG double taxed?

04 March 2024 I have Shares LTCG of RS 2 lakh. That means LTCG tax would be 10% of (2 lakh - 1 lakh) = RS 10000
My query is does LTCG goes through double tax i.e. LTCG Tax and Income Tax as per slab rate.
