If we give material for some work to Job worker then he can charge service tax from us?Is service tax applicable to all kind of job worker

if the work done amounts to manufacture , then there will be no service taxotherwise there will be service tax.

absolutely right answer by Jitender....but finance act 2009 given a new amendment that...if even though it amounts to manfacture if not excisable now it is included in ST levy(if such process is comes under any service head notified)
