Is it true that icsi has cancelled the student induction programme and i.t training?

15 July 2014 I visited icsi office yesterday for my cs executive admission. I asked about the student induction programme and computer training the icsi officials said that it has been cancelled and now students only required to undergo practical training. Is it true?
