Dont skip the exam. Focus on smart studies. go through last few attempts' questions. cover the important chapters. focus on RTP/Compilations and amendments.
And hope you clear or get exemptions. This would atleast reduce the burden in next attempt.

Study thoroughly the Illustration given in COST/ACCOUNTS/FM study materials,
Read out all the theories and write it in your own language but point to point...
Do complete Practice manual and RTP,
however it will take at least a week to complete Practice manuals and RTP...
