my business is started on nov and still a hadnt provide any service butmy expensess for formation for my company is up to 4 lakh so it is mandatory to filling retun plz advice me?

In case of a Company you have to get first your accounts audited. To amortize the preliminary expenses also, you have to file the Return by 30.09.2012.
