I am an ACA holding full time COP.
Whether I can start practising & sign with out registereing trade name with Institute in Form 18.

Dear Srilakshmi,
As far as i m aware it is not compulsary to register firm name with ICAI to sign B/S etc. holding COP should suffice. however it is advisable that u call the member section of ICAI in ur city to get it confirmed.
